I rarely advertise table model gramophones these days as collectors tend to prefer smaller models that take up less room, however if I were to suggest the best, it would be the HMV 130. Most importantly there is an excellent two spring No.32, motor, powerful and reliable and the much sought after No.5A or5B sound-box.

The model in the picture comes from the collection of the late Paul Collnette. There is a local seller’s plate (Kingsbridge). It has been very well looked after and kept in excellent condition. It plays very well using a No.5A sound-box free from any sign of “pot-metal.

The gramophone comes with 100 needles and a selection of six 78s if required. Collection in person from TR8 5SE is preferred as wooden cased gramophones do not travel well by courier. A specialist courier would be £100.00.
